The Charfield Landowners Consortium and Commercial Estates Group are pleased to announce that a planning application for residential-led, mixed-use development has been submitted. This application is in Outline with all matters reserved, other than access and has been submitted in parallel to the examination of the West of England Joint Spatial Plan as part of the Strategic Development Locations at Charfield. The site, once developed, is intended to be known as Pennymeads, Charfield which will accommodate up to 950 new homes.
