A very exciting opportunity which has resulted in an excellent outcome. We act on behalf of a landowner client whose land runs to the south of the new Worcester Parkway Station. Following the identification of the site, initial masterplanning and promotion to the market and sale of part of the land, Wychavon District Council whose Local Plan is under review have allocated the land as the location for a new settlement to accommodate 5000 dwellings.

The remainder of the land is available now for promotion and negotiations are in progress for a development agreement to enable the landowner to be part of the promotion.
